People Watching.

So I'm trying my luck with this whole "Cyber Cafe" thing. Except its not really a cyber cafe at all. The whole university campus has internet and I'm in A&W. Our assignment for drama today was to look at someone and write down an inner monologue for that person. I was surprised, while explaining this assignment to some of my friends, that no one knows what a monologue is. If you don't, its just one person saying what their thinking. I have to try and figure out what other people are thinking. And I think this is the perfect oppurtunity to do it. But I'm just going to analyze the people around me instead of prying for their thoughts.

Girl at the table ahead of me is wearing what I like to call "The Infamous University Touque." This doesnt really surprise me at all. Everyone at university wears their touque hanging half on the back of their head all limp-like. Hence "University Touque."  She's talking with her friend who is NOT wearing a hat. They are speaking Chinese. So enough of that.
The next group of people are at the other end of these two Chinese girls. These people are obviously a couple. Completely comfortable around eachother, not affraid to stuff a huge handful of fries in their mouth and continue talking until their done their stories. They smile at each other and wipe ketchup off the other ones faces.
The table behind me has two prof's talking to eachother. Their laughing at mature (and somewhat dry) jokes. The woman prof is wearing a lot of lipstick and its getting on her burger. Man prof doesn't seem to notice though.
Directly behind me there is a guy, I did not know this until right now when his "Empire State of Mind" ringtone started blaring from his cell phone and he answered "Yo, Dad" I don't really know much else about him except that he has a nice sounding voice, I would feel too creepy if I turned around to look.
People are walking by outside. Every few mintues there is literally a mini tornado of leaves that destroys a preppy girls hair.  People walk with their heads down most of the time. The odd time you get a looker- they constantly look around.
WOW. One guy just threw his lit cigarette into a pile of dry leaves. The girl behind him just stomped it out. What a saint.
Ohh even further behind me is a guy and a girl, the guy is obvioiusly trying to impress the girl with his knowledge of something, but the girl seems less than enthused, kind of looks like she just wants to get up and leave. I can't blame her really.
Anyway. I havent written a blog for a while so this is my contribution to cyber society for now. And for the next few weeks. MIDTERMS WILL END ME.
